NEW 2 STORY W/ JADU
This new waterfront build-out takes advantage of under-utilized space on an existing lot in Greenbrae, CA. It maximazes square footage on the lot to provide the owner with rentable space and takes advantage of the new ADU laws in California.
PORCH COVERING AND BALCONY
The Sonoma area has nearly perfect weather for indoor/outdoor living, and a porch covering is a great way to utilize outdoor space. The "California Room" is becoming increasingly popular with homeowners, so don't hesitate to contact us concerning your ideas for deck expansions.
NEW ADU
This ADU in Corte Madera was designed with a modern, clean look that is both practical and inspirational. The ADU provides a unique and enjoyable experience for the occupants or it can be used as a pool room and extended entertainment area for the house. CALIFORNIA MODERN was inspired by the opportunity this setting provided and decided to base the design of the project on those elements.
KITCHEN / BATH REMODEL
This custom remodel in Kentfield included a new vaulted ceiling, removing the dated kitchen, reconfiguring the bathrooms, fireplace and master suite. It is currently under construction and we hope to have final shots soon!
STRAWBERRY KITCHEN REMODEL
This custom kitchen remodel in Strawberry (Unincorporated Mill Valley) includes removing a shear wall, enlarging the kitchen and improving the path of flow through the house for a busy family with two kids and a dog.
